We recommend that conference delegates make their airfare reservations as soon as possible so as to avoid higher airfare prices.

Travel from continental Portugal:

USAIR currently offers the most affordable prices (Lisbon-Philadelphia-Indianapolis). Consult http://www.orbitz.com or other online travel booking sites

Travel from Brazil:

The best option is dependent on the airport of departure. Travel for a minimum of one week is cheaper than for a lesser number of days. Consult http://www.orbitz.com or other online travel booking sites.

Travel from the Azores:

SATA to Boston to Indianapolis. Must arrive in the mid-afternoon flight in order to be able to travel to Indianapolis on the same day. If staying in the area prior to coming to Indianapolis, you may use also the TFGreen Airport in Rhode Island.
