A meeting that will offer cross-cultural perspectives on methods of conflict analysis, forms of conflict transformation, and the role of culture and religious worldviews for and in conflicts.

We are looking forward to receiving the final versions of your paper by October 15 (at the very latest by October 31). Your paper should be between 5000 and 8000 words. Please follow the formating and bibliographic specifications in the "author guidelines" (under "About"). (Please remember also our special request that your paper should include a reflection on conceptions of conflicts, in relation to the content of your contribution.)
To upload your paper:
1. Login as an Author
2. Select Archive and click on the linked title of their paper
3. Select Paper Review
4. Under Director Decision, go to Upload Author Version, and upload the
file there.
Publication timeline:
Submission Deadline: October 15 (cut off point October 31).
Review period: October 15-November 15.
Deadline for revisions: December 15.
Editors' submission to journal/publisher: January 15
Publication: April 2009-December 2009 (details will be posted at www.understandingconflicts.net)
